Our extensive in-house engineering facility provides the backbone for exceptional product design. Our team of skilled engineers utilizes industry-leading CAD/CAE software, including CREO, Autodesk Inventor, and Kiss-soft (where we are one of India’s largest users). This powerful software toolbox empowers them to meticulously optimize every aspect of your product, from functionality to efficiency. Additionally, our comprehensive engineering database, managed by Windchill software, ensures seamless collaboration and faster project turnaround time.

Manufacturing Units

For better visualization of new products, we use 3D printing technology and scanning, facilitating fast product development and demonstration to the customers. We have a comprehensive suite of advanced measuring equipment, calibrated to the most stringent tolerances and resources to verify and meet the desired quality of the products.

Gear Quality is measured using Wenzel, TTi & Klingenberg testers at various manufacturing locations.
CMM measures casings and intricate measurements on components at various manufacturing stages.
Ultrasonic, dye-penetrant, and magnetic particle testing are used on various components at receiving & final inspection for crack detection.
Heat-treated components are inspected for case depth, surface and core microstructure, and hardness with temperature change.
The chemical composition of the raw material is verified by the Spectrometer.
Physical testing of raw materials is verified and approved periodically by an external NABL approved laboratories.
Product performance is tested at No-Load condition with high end IoT (internet of Things) system for accuracy and long-term record keeping.
